Pool Season is almost here! 

We are excited to announce the details of our 2025 pool season!  In the interest of good stewardship of our pool and grounds—while also minimizing the financial impact on our members—we will only be incurring a 3% dues increase for 2025. This adjustment is necessary to keep up with rising costs for maintenance, insurance, and operations.

2025 Piedmont Bend Pool Season Details

Opening Day: Saturday, May 3rd | Closing Day: Sunday, September 28th

2025 Membership Dues:
Swim & Tennis: $515
Social Membership: $125 (Limited to social events only)

2025 Membership Application

Memberships are per household only and cannot be shared.
Social membership does not include pool access.
Late Fee: $25 additional fee for applications submitted after June 1st.
Pool key cards will not be activated until payment is received.
(Dues payments should only be made with an updated membership
form and should not be placed in the guest fee box.)

Pool Workday – Earn a Credit Toward Dues!

We will be hosting our annual 2025 pool workday on Saturday, April 19th, with a backup date of April 26th (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
Volunteers who work at least 2 hours will receive a $25 credit toward their dues (one credit per household).
Please arrive by 11 AM to ensure you get your required hours in.

2025 Graduation Banner

We are beginning to collect names for the neighborhood graduation banner congratulating students who are graduating from high school or college this year. If there is someone you would like to include on the banner, please send me their name and school they are graduating from to piedmontbendsocial@gmail.com.

The deadline for providing names is Friday, April 25th.

The cost of the banner will be split among the participating families. Once we receive the total number of graduates, we will coordinate the banner and contact each family with their portion of the cost. Payment will be needed before the banner is sent to print.

2024 Piedmont Bend Halloween Celebration

Let’s get spooky!

Come dressed to impress in your costumes and join us for the annual Piedmont Bend Halloween Celebration on Thursday, October 31st at 5:30pm. All Piedmont Bend residents/families are invited to attend!

If you’d like to set up for Truck or Treat, please feel free to do so ahead of the event start. Our younger trick or treaters will be eager to stop by! Traditional Trick or Treating will start on Chondra Drive at sundown.

We’ll have hayrides rolling through the neighborhood for the kids too!

EVENT REMINDERS:

  • Please clean up your area in the parking lot after Trunk or Treating has ended.
  • Should all parking spots fill up, please park on the street side across from the pool and DO NOT park on both sides of Chondra Drive. We request this as a safety precaution for everyone enjoying the festivities.

Labor Day Celebration!

Piedmont Bend Recreation Association will be celebrating Labor Day, Sunday, September 1st at 2:00pm!

PBRA will set up the grills and have them ready for you (PBRA Member) to cook whatever main dish you would like to have on this day. So bring a steak, burgers, fish or whatever your heart desires! 

We do ask that everyone bring a dish to share. Please have all side dishes at the pool by 1:30 pm as our plan is to start eating around 2:00 pm. Please sign up to bring a dish here!

Karaoke Night Fundraiser

Join us this Saturday, August 24th at 7pm for our first Karaoke Night Fundraiser at the pool! It’s going to be an evening full of fun, music, and community spirit. 

Here’s how it works:

  • First song is FREE! So warm up those vocal cords and start the night off right. 
  • $5 per additional song—keep the tunes coming and the fun rolling!
  • We’re also holding a 50/50 raffle—half of the pot goes to one lucky winner and the other half supports PBRA. 
  • Additional fundraising opportunities may be offered during the event. 

Come ready to sing your heart out, cheer on your friends, and enjoy a night to remember. Whether you’re a karaoke pro or a first-timer, we guarantee a good time for all.

Wine Down Wednesday

Our second monthly Wine Down Wednesday will be next Wednesday, July 17th at 7pm!Come down to the pool with your favorite beverage of choice and an appetizer/dish to share with everyone.

Adult Volleyball Tournament

We will be having an adult volleyball tournament this Saturday! We do ask that everyone bring a dish to share. Team organizing will be at 4:30pm and the tournament will begin at 5pm. All children and/or adults, not actively playing volleyball, will be asked to stay out of the roped off volleyball area during the matches. If you are interested in playing, please sign up here so that we can have an idea of how many teams we will need. 

 When: Saturday, July 13th

Tournament begins at 5pm

4th of July Parade!

Get your red, white and blue and come out and join us Thursday, July 4th for our annual 4th of July neighborhood parade. The parade will start at 10am at the 2nd stop sign of Kinridge Road and Kinridge Trail (from the entrance) and we will walk to the pool. Please arrive by 9:45am so that everyone can get lined up and promptly start at 10am. Don’t forget to decorate your golf cart, bike, stroller, wagon, etc. 

We also need people to line our parade route so come out and have a cup of coffee or Bloody Mary and enjoy the fun as we go by. 

Popsicles will be provided at the end of the parade for the kids!! 

4th of July Party! 

Our annual 4th of July BBQ will be Thursday, July 4th beginning at 2pm. The PBRA board will be providing the meat, but we do ask each family who is coming to bring a dish to share. Please sign up for a dish to bring or volunteer to help with set-up or clean-up at the following link here.
